Overview of activities in each phases with required skills & appropriate tools

1. Ignition Mode: Planning is the first phase of any project, a common mistake is we think planning is about scheduling, which is actually not right approach, planning is all about map out a project and defining their fundamentals to understand what problem needs to be solved, and identify their stakeholders

3, Takeoff: It is time to put the plan into action. At times Implementation Phase will be challenging if we not having clear planning or faulty build-up. It has many sub-phases, you feel few activities is overlapping with other phases, actually every activities has distinct purpose to serve.
